HARCATUS Board of Directors Low-Income Representative Nomination Form

Please complete this form if you or someone you know would be willing to participate in the 2024 democratic selection process by running as a candidate to serve on the HARCATUS Board of Directors as a low-income representative. The term beginning 06/2024 and end on 06/2026. Completed forms can be returned to JoEllen Sanders at the address or email address listed below and must be received by 03/15/2024.

The HARCATUS Board of Directors currently meets once per month on the 4^th Wednesday; January – November at 1 p.m. and meetings usually last around an hour in New Philadelphia.  Board committees meet as needed throughout the year. Those elected to sit on the HARCATUS Board of Directors must agree to attend and participate in meetings regularly and are subject to a BCI and FBI background check. Expense reimbursement for meeting attendance is offered to assist low-income representatives, if needed.
